What is CCNA Certification exam ?
The Cisco Certified Network Associate or CCNA is a certification exam conducted by CISCO in collaboration with Pearson VUE. These exams are conducted by Pearson VUE test centers. CCNA certification covers skills necessary to administer Cisco devices on small or medium-sized networks.
The CCNA certification is earned upon passing the ICND1 640-822 and ICND2 640-816 exams. Examinees may take the exams separately or the single 640-802 CCNA composite exam.
What are the benefits of CCNA certification?

Benefits of CCNA certification for individuals:
  • Certification represents recognition of a particular individualís professional competence.
  • Prestige for the individual and a competitive advantage over non-certified individuals in the same field.
  • Many companies consider CCNA certification as a plus point for employees during appraisals.
  • During employee recruitment, many companies prefer certified employees over non certified employees. In some organizations certification is a requirement for employment.

Benefits of CCNA certification for Organizations:
  •     Establishment of a professional standard for employees in the related field.
