Question: How much do I need to pay to become a registered member?
Ans:  We charge a one time registration  fees of Rs 500. This includes taxes and service charge.

Question: Do I need to Pay any extra money as service charge?
Ans: No, we do not charge additional service tax from users. Rs 500 which you pay is the final amount, all inclusive.

Question: When will I get User id and Password after I have made the payment ?
Ans: After registration fees is credited in our account, we try  to send the User id and Password to you, as soon as possible. However,  It can take  upto 6 hours for us to send your User id and Password to your email id.


Question: What should I do, If I dont recieve my User id and Password after making the payment ?
Ans: Please check the Spam mail folder of your mail box. It may happen that email sent by us with your Access details land up in your spam folder. If this doesnt help, please resend us the email with the payment details and make sure you enter our email address correctly i.e support@patshala.com

Question : How long will my account be active after registration?
Ans : Your account will be active for a period of one year from the date of registration.
